Grip the wheel at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions. At chest level hold the wheel upright and using the wrists tip the wheel backwards and forwards so that the sealing fluid sloshes between the rim and tire sidewall. Pass the wheel through the hands about 15 cm at a time and keep repeating the process until the whole wheel has turned through 360 degrees.
